End-user licence terms

These terms are an agreement between you and EzSSC (“we”) for the DiskMitra software, including updates (“the Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t install or use it.

1. Free version

You may install and use the free version of the Software on any number of computers you own or control, for personal or business use, at no charge.

2. DiskMitra Pro

• A Pro licence unlocks the Pro features on the number of computers stated at purchase (2 unless your order says otherwise) at the same time.
• You may move a licence to another computer by removing it from the old one (Settings › Licence › Remove from this PC).
• A Pro licence is a one-time purchase. It includes updates to version 2 of the Software. We may offer later major versions separately.
• The Software checks the licence online about once a week. If it can’t connect for 30 days, Pro features pause until the next successful check. The free features keep working.
• The 7-day free trial may be used once per computer.

3. What you may not do

• Share, sell or publish licence keys, or use one key on more computers than it covers.
• Remove or work around the licence checks.
• Resell or redistribute the Software, except the unmodified free installer from our website.
• Reverse engineer the Software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

4. Your data and backups

The Software shows you what it proposes to remove and asks you to confirm before it removes anything. Files removed permanently, or removed from the Recycle Bin later, cannot be recovered by the Software. You are responsible for reviewing what you remove and for keeping backups of important data.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not expressly granted in these terms.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the Software. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Refunds

All purchases of Pro are final, because the licence key is delivered instantly. We do not give refunds for a change of mind. The only exception is when we cannot deliver a working licence key; then we refund in full, as set out in our refund policy. Before you buy, you can try every Pro feature free for 7 days inside the app. When an order is refunded, its licence key is disabled.

9. Ending these terms

These terms end automatically if you break them. You may end them at any time by uninstalling the Software.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
