Refund policy

DiskMitra Pro is a one-time digital purchase. All sales are final.

Before you buy, you can try every Pro feature free for 7 days inside the app. Open Settings › Licence and choose Try Pro free for 7 days. No card is needed.

Why all sales are final

Your licence key is delivered instantly. It appears on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed and is emailed to you within minutes. Because the key works straight away, we can’t take a sale back for a change of mind.

When we will refund

The only exception is when we cannot deliver a working licence key. For example:

• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• your key never activates and we are unable to fix it.

In these cases we refund the full amount to the original payment method, processed through Razorpay. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the licence key is disabled. DiskMitra returns to the free version at its next licence check; everything you cleaned stays cleaned.

If a Pro feature doesn’t work on your PC

Email us and we will help you fix it. If you are not sure whether Pro suits your PC, try it free for 7 days first.
